WashMaster Privacy Policy

WashMaster is developed by Hakan Özmen and published under TadaApp. This policy covers WashMaster 1.0 for iPhone and iPad, with bundle identifier com.tadaapp.washmaster. The website and support form are covered separately by the TadaApp website privacy policy.

The game stores its journal and preferences on your device. It does not automatically transmit your gameplay records to TadaApp. This release has no account system, advertisements, advertising identifiers, in-app purchases, subscriptions or enabled app analytics and cloud crash-reporting services. We do not sell your game data.

Saved information includes completed order identifiers, earned coins, the active order and its safe care checkpoint, cleanliness at that checkpoint, and sound, reduced-motion and haptic preferences. A previous valid record may be retained locally for recovery. An unreadable record may be retained locally so it is not silently overwritten. Practice-room progress is temporary and does not replace your saved journal.

WashMaster does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or health data. Optional sound and vibration use device capabilities. Haptics can be disabled in the journal. There is no account login or tracking-permission request.

The game is built with Unity and uses device storage for player preferences. The release includes Unity privacy manifests describing engine API usage, including local preferences, timing, file timestamps and disk space. App analytics, ads, purchases and cloud diagnostics are not enabled in this release. Apple may process download, purchase or diagnostic information under its own policies and your platform settings; that is separate from the journal kept by the game.

The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization, account backup or journal export. An operating-system backup, such as iCloud Backup, may include local app data depending on your settings. Such backups are managed by the platform provider. We do not receive a server copy of your journal and cannot restore it for you.

The journal remains in the app’s local storage until that data is removed. Replaying an order does not erase the original completed work, and entering the practice room is not a journal reset. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading may retain it. Separately held operating-system backups can remain and must be managed in your device or backup settings.

The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. When requesting support, avoid sending unnecessary information about a child or another person.

This page describes the current release. We will update the effective date and the relevant sections if a future version changes how information is handled.

When you choose to contact us, the form sends the name, email address, selected product, subject and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your request. This is separate from the game’s local journal. The website uses Resend to deliver support emails, as described in the website privacy policy.
