• How do I complete my first order?

  Rub the dark stains with short strokes, open the washer and load the garment. Add one dose of detergent, match the care program to the label, close the door and start washing. Unload, select the indicated drying method and transfer the garment. Complete three drying-care actions, retrieve it, follow the three folding arrows and deliver.

• My garment will not load or a drop was rejected. What should I do?
