Privacy Policy

TadaApp is the personal project of Hakan Özmen, an independent developer based in Massachusetts, United States. TadaApp is not a registered company. You can reach Hakan anytime through the contact form.

TadaApp is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. The website does not run third-party analytics, ad networks, or fingerprinting scripts, and it does not drop tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated first to disclose what is collected and why.

When you submit the contact form, we receive only the information you provide — your name, email address, and the message itself — and we use it solely to reply to you.

Contact form submissions are processed through Resend, our third-party email delivery provider, for the sole purpose of delivering your message to our inbox. Resend processes the submission as a service provider on our behalf and does not use the contents for any other purpose. Submissions are not stored in any additional database.

Kinetic Cradle does not collect personal data. There are no third-party analytics, no ads, no advertising identifiers, and no account system.

When you enable the live camera background, camera frames are processed entirely on your device and rendered in real time. They are never recorded, saved, or transmitted off your device. You can revoke camera access anytime from your device settings.

Settings such as your selected planet, theme, and physics tuning are stored locally on your device only.

Both extensions run entirely on your device. They do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data, and they do not send your browsing activity to any server.

Some features need temporary access to the active tab in order to perform the action you requested — for example, detecting links on a page, sampling a color, identifying a video element, or formatting a GUID. This access happens only on the page you're currently using, only when you trigger the feature, and the data is processed locally in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to TadaApp or to any third party.

Preferences and small histories — selected colors, copied GUIDs, panel positions, settings — are stored locally in your own browser using the standard extension storage API, and are removed when you uninstall the extension.

The same policy applies whether you install from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons. There is no separate analytics build, no telemetry channel, and no remote configuration. The code published to the stores is the same code that runs on your device.

TadaApp products are currently offered free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, all purchases will be processed by Apple's App Store, Google Play, or the relevant browser extension store. Payment card information is never visible to TadaApp — the stores share only the receipt and anonymized transaction details needed to unlock your purchase.

TadaApp products are intended for a general audience and are not designed or marketed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through any TadaApp product, please get in touch through the contact form and it will be deleted immediately.

Because we don't collect personal data through our apps, there is typically nothing for us to export or delete. If you contacted us through the form and would like your message removed from our inbox, send a follow-up via the contact form and we'll handle it.

Some products may add features that involve data collection — for example, advertising in a future version of an app, or optional cloud sync. If that ever happens, this policy will be updated first, the relevant product will disclose the change in-app, and you'll be able to review what's collected before using the new feature.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, surface the change in the app or on this site.
