HabitFlow Terms of Use

HabitFlow is a personal habit-tracking app developed by Hakan Özmen and published under TadaApp. These product-specific terms supplement the TadaApp Terms of Service. Applicable App Store terms and your mandatory consumer rights also apply.

HabitFlow 1.5 includes unlimited habits, flexible schedules, a garden companion, history, insights, reminders and data export. This release contains no advertisements, subscriptions or in-app purchases. No purchase is required to grow or customize your companion’s garden.

Your habit history is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping any backups you need. Export JSON before replacing a backup, deleting the app or moving to another device. Replace import replaces existing habit data; merge import adds the imported habits and may create duplicates. CSV is an export format, not a restorable HabitFlow backup.

HabitFlow does not provide its own cloud synchronization or a server copy of your history. Exported files and device backups need to be managed separately. Companion appearance settings are not part of the habit JSON backup.

Habit statistics reflect the entries you record. Garden growth is based on days with a completed habit. Missed days and vacations do not reduce growth; correcting or deleting completion history can change it. Partial counts remain partial until the recorded target is met. The companion is optional and can be hidden.

Reminder delivery depends on notification permissions and operating-system settings, including Focus and notification schedules. HabitFlow is intended for personal organization, not as a critical alarm or a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or guarantee any health or behavioral outcome.
