Bao Squish Terms of Use

Bao Squish is an interactive companion and play app developed by Hakan Özmen and published under TadaApp. These product-specific terms supplement the TadaApp Terms of Service. Applicable App Store or Google Play terms and your mandatory consumer rights also apply; nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Version 1.1.0 includes touch-based squish and stretch play, friends and customization, Spa, Dance with an included song, optional mini-games, Time Together countdowns and local Memories. These activities are for entertainment and personal enjoyment. Movement captions accompany the included dance; they are not a full lyric transcript. The release has no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any app download price and public availability are shown on its relevant app-store listing.

Friends, settings, supported game progress, scores and Memories are stored on your device. Memory pictures capture the app scene and are not uploaded to a Bao service. There is no account-based cloud synchronization or Bao-operated backup. Deleting local app data can remove your saved play; operating-system backups depend on your settings. We do not have a server copy of these records and cannot guarantee recovery. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting saved progress.

On iOS and iPadOS, background timer alerts and daily reminders are optional local device notifications. You control whether to enable them and whether to grant notification permission. Alerts can be delayed, hidden or silenced by device settings, Focus modes or operating-system behavior. The Android release supports the foreground countdown but does not provide background timer alerts or daily notifications.

Rating or reviewing Bao Squish is optional and does not unlock activities or rewards. The in-app rating feature is available only on iOS and iPadOS. Apple handles App Store ratings and decides whether its system review request appears. The Android release has no in-app review request or rating button. App stores may offer their own review controls under their terms. Opening support, website or store links requires internet and involves those services under their own terms. Core play does not require an account or a continuous internet connection.

Version 1.1.0 targets iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, and compatible Android phones and tablets. The Android version is being prepared for release; this page does not establish store availability. Touch capabilities vary by device, and operating-system gestures can affect multi-finger input. Features may change in later versions. These pages describe the current version and do not promise additional songs, games, cloud services or platforms beyond those described here.

Read the Bao Squish Privacy Policy for local storage, Memories, notifications, review-request records and voluntary support messages. For questions about these terms or the app, use the Bao Squish support form.
