Dingin shows a softly pulsing orb that expands as you inhale, holds during the pause, and contracts as you exhale. Optional gentle haptics tap with the rhythm so you can keep your eyes closed. Pick a preset (4-7-8, Box, Coherent) or build your own ritual.
